Canaliculitis is an uncommon condition of the lacrimal canaliculi. The presentation usually unilateral and runs with epiphora, hyperemia, edema, pain, discharge secretion by point. diagnosis clinical since its findings are quite typical. Surgical treatment canaliculotomy has been described as most effective. should be considered in recurrent cases conjunctivitis ophthalmologist aware signs for earlier management cases.
